2. Services Provided

Resolution Tactics provides scenario-based training experiences, educational classes, and related services designed to build awareness, decision-making, and preparedness skills. All services are for educational and training purposes only and are conducted in a controlled environment.

3. Eligibility

Participants must:

• Be at least 18 years old, or have a parent/legal guardian present

• Follow all safety instructions provided by staff

• Be physically and mentally capable of participating

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

4. Assumption of Risk

By participating in any training or simulation activities, you acknowledge that:

• You are voluntarily participating

• Training scenarios may involve stress, decision-making under pressure, and simulated threats

• There is inherent risk in any training environment

You agree to assume all risks associated with participation.

 

5. No Professional or Legal Advice

Information and training provided by Resolution Tactics:

• Does not constitute legal advice

• Does not replace professional law enforcement or medical training

• Should not be interpreted as instruction for real-world use without proper judgment and legal understanding

 

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Resolution Tactics shall not be liable for any:

• Injuries

• Damages

• Losses

• Claims

arising from participation in training, use of our website, or reliance on our content.

7. USCCA Membership Terms

USCCA Membership is an added benefit of your Resolution Tactics Membership. You will receive an email confirmation when your USCCA Membership is activated. USCCA Membership begins no later than the following week following your signup for Resolution Tactics Membership and continues for the duration of your Resolution Tactics Membership. Resolution Tactics will share your personal information, including first and last name, address, phone number, and email, with the USCCA. You agree that your personal information will be subject to the terms and conditions of the USCCA Privacy Policy (www.uscca.com/privacy-policy) and that you will abide by the USCCA Membership Agreement (www.usccamemberterms.com). 

All questions regarding your USCCA Membership should be directed to USCCA Customer Engagement at 844-698-7222. 

Upon cancellation of your Resolution Tactics Membership, your USCCA Membership will be cancelled. A USCCA Membership cancellation notice shall be provided to you via email by the USCCA. 

 

8. Waiver Requirement

Participation in in-person training may require signing a separate liability waiver prior to participation. Failure to complete required documentation may result in denial of service.

 

9. Booking, Payments, and Cancellations

• All bookings are subject to availability

• Payment is required to reserve a session unless otherwise stated

• Cancellation/rescheduling policies will be outlined at the time of booking

• No-shows may forfeit payment

 

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, images, branding, and materials—is the property of Resolution Tactics and may not be copied, distributed, or used without permission.

 

11. Use of Website

You agree not to:

• Use the site for unlawful purposes

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access

• Interfere with site functionality
